effectively deliver programming, staging and construction methodologiesachieve compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and standardsmanage team outputs across profitability, efficiency and human relationslead monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performancebuild effective relationships with repeat clients and consultantsensure a safe working environment.The successful candidate will be a self-starter with: a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineeringover 10 years' experience in the civil construction industry with over two years' experience specifically in project managementexperience in community infrastructure, earthworks, drainage and road constructiona collaborative management style to build a close, outcome focused teamstrong commercial acumen, leadership and negotiation skillsstakeholder and client engagement experience.To succeed in this role, you will need: 10+ years' experience in the Civil Construction industry (desirable)A mix of project and estimating experience is idealDevelopment of subcontractor work packages and reviewWe offer genuine investment in your long-term career, and a flexible and inclusive culture that values your unique contribution and rewards excellence.
