As a trusted Telstra QLD Enterprise Partner, ENTAG provides expert guidance and support for digital transformation, networking, and communications.About the PositionWe are seeking a Project Manager to join our team to plan, execute and deliver large scale or complex projects on behalf of external and internal customers. They are responsible for coordinating project teams, managing resources and communication of project status to key stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner. They will also be expected to contribute to the development of best practice project management approach, including process and systems enhancements.Project Managers are required to manage and mitigate known risks, set clear expectations, quickly identify and resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery. These are considered to be an essential aspect of a customer's experience with Entag.In this role you will:Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders and customers to define project objectives, scope and deliverables.Create detailed project plans including tasks milestones, resource allocation and supporting documentation to facilitate delivery of projects.Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.Resource forecasting to inform project commercials.Lead cross-functional project teams, tracking tasks and deliverables and adjusting schedules as needed.Manage project budget milestones, scope, risks, issues and change requests to ensure project profitability and optimised resource efficiency.Produce required documentation and artefacts that contribute to managing the communication as required.Regularly communicate project status and performance to customers, project team members and management.Address client concerns, manage expectations, and maintain positive relationships.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations.Conduct project reviews to evaluate success.About You:You will have:Telecommunications and/or ICT project delivery experience (ideally 3+ years).Proven experience managing ICT projects for external clients.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.Customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering value and exceptional outcomes.Ability to lead cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and motivate team members.Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with stakeholders, team members, and clients.We offer:Career progression underpinned by our learning platform and role and/or team pathways.Flexibility around hours and office location with WFH available.Additional leave options including birthdays off, service recognition leave days and purchased additional annual leave.Reward and Recognition Program.Team social events including running/walking club and hiking group adventures.Recognition of Service – gift card vouchers.How to applyIf this role sounds like you, please click on the apply button and follow the prompts.
