-Are you an experienced results driven project manager that can be trusted to deliver multiple projects safely, on time and within budget?
As our one of our Project Managers you will play a pivotal role in day-to-day operations and your responsibilities will include:
-Liaising with our Clients and their supervisors across multiple projects attending site meetings and solving any technical issues that may arise.
- Lead and monitor our Site supervisors, Tradesman & Apprentices, giving support, solving complex issues and making sure jobs are completed within budget, safely and efficiently.
-Create and monitor job and staff programs, labour forecasts and ordering plant and materials well in advance.
-Solve complex design and programming issues.
-Demonstrate values and qualities that align with our team and a willingness to learn.
Experience
-The ability to motivate and lead people.
-Read and interpret all types of plans and specifications.
-An in-depth knowledge with civil and hydraulic services.
-A basic understanding of structure and services design and installation.
-Proficiency in client and employee interactions is a must.
-A high level of understanding job programming and job financials.
-Excellent written and Verbal Skills and experience with Job Management Software.
-A high motivation for keeping and monitoring records & effective time management.
-Basic IT skills in word and excel.
-Exceptional multi-tasking ability and able to solve problems on the move.
