Project Manager

Our client, a renowned Tier 2 commercial builder, is looking for a Project Manager to join their close-knit team.
This is a national builder with a great reputation in Fit Out and New Build, entering an exciting new era in QLD, with a number of flagship projects secured for 2025 and beyond.
The initial project is a multi-storey $100m+ project in Central Brisbane.
As a Project Manager, you will take a leading role working on projects from concept design and development stages, right through to construction and completion.
You will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects meet plans, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities also include obtaining permits, managing the Site Team, maintaining client communication, fostering subcontractor relationships, collaborating with specialists, prioritising HSE compliance, and using scheduling software to track progress and document milestones.
