Fire Services Queensland is a fast-growing Fire Service Maintenance business based in Chermside, servicing the South East Queensland region. With a growing and diverse commercial and residential customer base, we offer an opportunity to grow your career within the Fire Industry.
This is an exclusive and exciting opportunity for a Fire Project Manager to join one of the most established fire businesses in the industry who operate on a state-wide scale and are continuing to grow year on year!
About You Demonstrated experience in fire project works either field or office-based (highly desired). Any persons with experience in the fire protection industry are encouraged to apply.Previous experience working alongside both sprinkler fitters and dry fire technicians.Understanding and commitment to have the desired outcome to ensure project quality and tight time restraints are being met are essential to achieve a successful project.Excellent time management and organisational skills including scheduling trades and communicating with builders.A passionate communicator with the ability to engage in forward thinking.Understanding of essential documentation to ensure project delivery such as FEB, FER, and construction drawings for both wet and dry (highly regarded).Confident in phoning and following up customers/trades.Dedicated commitment to fire standards, regulations, and safe work practices.Motivated to work autonomously and within a team environment, playing an active role within the contracts and service business.Current C class Drivers' Licence (manual).Construction White Card.Attention to detail for delineating out of scope works in a timely manner.Licenced/trade background in fire (Electrical/dry fire experience highly regarded).You will receive: Competitive salary based on skills and experience.Employer QuestionsYour application will include the following questions:
