Stockland is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their Land Lease Communities side of the business in Brisbane.
This exciting new positions is due to the expanding nature and strong development in this sector of the business, in the coming year.
In this role you will deliver project management expertise and coordinate daily site activities, administration, quality inspections and defecting on site.
Drive engagement with key stakeholders in order to achieve the project management group vision and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Ensure projects are scoped, designed, built and delivered on time, budget and to required quality specifications Provide project management expertise in partnership with Development Managers and other key stakeholders Establish partnering relationships with relevant external head contractors, consultants and suppliers Ensure the Development Team is updated along the journey, ensuring seamless defecting and transition to occupation for our customers About You Appropriate tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience Project Management / Contract Management experience working in the residential construction industry Construction experience or proven knowledge in domestic construction Proven understanding of legal requirements and obligations in the administration of contracts A strong eye for details An energetic and can-do attitude with the ability to drive better outcomes Strong communication and customer centricity skills The Stockland Proposition At Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
