Project Manager

12 month contract Federal Government Department Brisbane location   Looking to join one of Australia's most integral  federal government departments ?
This department helps to make life of all  Australian travellers safer  and is looking for a  Senior Project Manager   Working in  Brisbane office , you will be involved in  delivery of a range of IT infrastructure projects.
This programme is part of a large technology uplift across the entire organisation.
Aside from the above you will be responsible for   Delivery of key IT infrastructure projects Allocation / management of project resources Working with external providers / vendors on the project scoping Vendor and stakeholder management Costing and financial management Removal of project blockers and issues   This role is working with a federal government department so  Australian citizenship is mandatory  due to  security requirements .
We are keen to speak with candidates that can demonstrate: 10 years experience as a Project Manager Complex project delivery reliant on external vendors Telecommunications experience would be beneficial Network or IT infrastructure projects Large enterprise or Government experience Real time tracking platforms advantageous On offer to the successful candidate will be a  contract role  with an  initial duration  of  12 months  with  daily rates up to $1300 per day .
This role is  based in Brisbane  and has a 2 day  work from home  arrangement.
