About the Position We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team to plan, execute and deliver large scale or complex projects on behalf of external and internal customers.
They are responsible for coordinating project teams, managing resources and communication of project status to key stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
They will also be expected to contribute to the development of best practice project management approach, including process and systems enhancements.
Project Managers are required to manage and mitigate known risks, set clear expectations, quickly identify and resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery.
These are considered to be an essential aspect of a customer's experience with Entag.
In this role you will:Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders and customers to define project objectives, scope and deliverables.Create detailed project plans including tasks milestones, resource allocation and supporting documentation to facilitate delivery of projects.Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.Resource forecasting to inform project commercials.Lead cross-functional project teams, tracking tasks and deliverables and adjusting schedules as needed.Manage project budget milestones, scope, risks, issues and change requests to ensure project profitability and optimised resource efficiency.Produce required documentation and artefacts that contribute to managing the communication as required.Regularly communicate project status and performance to customers, project team members and management.Address client concerns, manage expectations, and maintain positive relationships.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations.Conduct project reviews to evaluate success.About You:You will have:
