We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use.Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend will give you the opportunity to work with world class clients on cutting edge projects and to build a successful career with a company that will offer the highest levels of support at every stage.Some of the key specifications in our Project Management team include:Effectively and efficiently leading capital projects.Employing proven project management skills to plan, monitor and document tasks throughout a project.Able to take responsibility for key functional aspects within the project, including: scope, risk, cost, schedule and quality.Putting safety at the heart of project delivery. Safety comes first, always.Day-to-day management of projects through the complete life cycle, including successfully implementing from initiation through deployment and handover into operations.Working within multi-disciplinary teams of professionals to deliver targeted project outcomes, while fostering a collaborative and communicative project culture.Managing different forms of contract, ensuring compliance with contract terms, processing of payments and managing change.Employ a sound understanding of procurement in projects, tendering preparation and management, bid assessment and contract award for contractors and/or professional services.Preparing reports and communicating project progress to a range of stakeholders, including schedule/milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, and promoting appropriate actions to improve project outcomes.QualificationsMinimum of 5+ years working in a Project Management role.Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.Recognised Project Management Qualification is essential (e.g. AAPM, APM, PMI, PRINCE2, MSP) or equivalent.Experience working in the infrastructure, aviation, real estate and/or construction sector.Experience in Aviation is highly desirable.Proven experience in on-site contractor management.Experience operating at various stages in the project lifecycle.Sound understanding of engineering and design in delivery, as well as a solid understanding of safety practices in project delivery.Contract administration and management.Self-motivated team player with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
