One of our trusted clients who is a Queensland owned and operated head contractor has asked Design & Build to find their next super star Project Manager to join at the inception of their next project.

Our client was founded in Brisbane, and has been around for a long period of time.
They know their market, what they are good at, and have a strong network of subcontractors.
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of Commercial new build projects.
This may include, childcare centres, office, retail, hospitality, and low to mid rise residential new build projects circa $10M - $15M.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Looking toward the future, you will never have to worry about travel, as our client has a focus on the Greater Brisbane region ONLY.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.Maintain the fun yet hardworking team culture.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager on new build projects $10M +Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practicesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressureRelevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldWhat We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits packageOffice parking spotSupportive and collaborative team environmentCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesTeam events and an extremely collaborative work environmentFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contactTim Natuschon0424 150 235 or click apply.
