About the Company: ACRWORLD is representing a renowned and well-established EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company with a proven track record in delivering large-scale solar PV and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.

About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will be based on-site near the Queensland-NSW border, overseeing the execution of solar PV and BESS construction projects.
You will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met while maintaining high safety standards.
Working closely with client representatives and senior management, your leadership will drive project success and ensure that deadlines, quality, and safety are always top priorities.
This individual will play a hands-on role in daily site operations, problem-solving, and driving a culture of teamwork and safety across all site personnel.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring project schedules, budgets, and scope are met.
Monitor and report on project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved.
Collaborate with site crews to optimize daily operations and ensure high-quality standards.
Lead daily PSI/Toolbox meetings with site supervisors, fostering a safety-first culture.
Report safety hazards, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and maintain HSE reports.
Provide leadership to a medium-sized on-site crew, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Need: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate site teams.
A proactive problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Extensive experience  in large-scale project construction, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
Thorough understanding of contract management, project scheduling, and site safety protocols.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, site-based environment and manage multiple priorities.
