Purpose of the role
We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead technology projects in our insurance business. You will integrate project and agile methodologies, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business and customer needs. This role is key to enhancing our agility and competitiveness in insurance technology. The role


Project Planning and Execution: Lead and deliver technology projects in insurance, aligning with business goals and Agile principles.


Delivery Oversight: Ensure projects adhere to Agile methods, timelines, and quality standards.


Methodologies Implementation: Promote Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and foster collaboration and improvement.


Facilitation: Implement Scrum practices and facilitate team ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups).


Obstacle Removal: Address and resolve issues hindering team progress and project delivery.


Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.


Resource Management: Coordinate resources to optimize productivity and meet project milestones.


Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.


Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality software delivery, meeting industry standards and regulatory requirements.


Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements through feedback, retrospectives, and metrics.


Reporting and Metrics: Track project metrics and KPIs, provide status updates, and use data for decision-making.


What experience you'll bring


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.


Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments, ideally in insurance or financial services.


Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and transformation initiatives.


Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.


Understanding of technology delivery processes, including SDLC, DevOps, and release management.


PMP, CSM, or similar certifications preferred.
