Providing expert foundation design and construction solutions for large and technically challenging commercial, industrial, residential, infrastructure, mining and resource sectors. Specialising in complex builds and providing consulting, design and piling solutions including bored, driven, CFA, displacement, sheet piling, marine piling, retaining walls and falsework installation.
The Role:
Due to continued growth in QLD, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager with Piling experience to join the team and work on a range of projects across QLD, working closely with the Senior Managers overseeing, manage mobilisation & set-up of construction site, manpower scheduling, plant and equipment scheduling to ensure the safe and successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities: Oversee the management of projects from conception to completion.Manage and lead a team of engineers, Site managers, and subcontractors.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage risk.Communicate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables are of high quality.Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project execution.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in Piling project management.Proven ability to manage and lead a team of engineers and contractors.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and construction techniques.Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management.How to Apply:
