This is a role that requires a high level of client attention and support via a variety of communication methods.Responsibilities:Project planning, leading, organizing, and controlWork with internal and external stakeholders to ascertain resourcing requirements and perform schedulingIdentification, monitoring, and reporting on progress of project milestones, tasks, and activitiesCreation and management of project issue and risk registersFacilitate requirements gathering & workshopsWork with internal team members, customers, and vendors to develop documentation, business requirements specifications, functional specifications, IT vendor requirements (which will incorporate technical interface specifications, etc.), Systems Integration Test (SIT) scripts, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts.Liaising with multiple parties involved in the projects at both a commercial and technical level, including but not limited to the Client, Vendor Project Managers, Builders, Electrical Engineers, Cabling contractors, etc.Maintenance of project documentationMeeting organisation and minute takingProblem solvingAbout You:Experience in project planning, administration, resource, and vendor managementExcellent communication skills – ability to deal professionally and effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including C-levelSelf-starter / Self-disciplined / Very well organisedBig Picture Understanding / Attention to Detail in DeliveryPreferred IT related industry experience in infrastructure, telecommunications, audio-visual, application integration, cloud technologies, construction/capital works, aged care, etc.Qualification in PMBOK, Prince2 or similar would be an advantageCurrent driver's licence / Ability to travel to Client sitesTertiary qualification in IT discipline (Uni/TAFE/College) an advantageWillingness to travel interstateIf this sounds like you, come and join an organisation that is genuinely unique, fostering true IT partnerships founded to understand our client's needs.
