As a vendor-agnostic company, we foster strong ties with industry leaders without financial obligations, ensuring our clients' interests are always the priority.About the RoleManaging a diverse portfolio of projects, you will work across numerous industries assisting organizations in implementing their ICT and digital solutions, including Infrastructure, cloud, core business applications, and more. This position demands an in-depth understanding of the client's business needs and challenges, along with the ability to offer proactive solutions. A high level of client attention and support via various communication methods is essential.Responsibilities:Project planning, leading, organizing, and controlWork with internal and external stakeholders to ascertain resourcing requirements and perform schedulingIdentification, monitoring, and reporting on progress of project milestones, tasks, and activitiesCreation and management of project issue and risk registersFacilitate requirements gathering & workshopsDevelop documentation, business requirements specifications, functional specifications, IT vendor requirements, Systems Integration Test (SIT) scripts, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) scriptsLiaise with multiple parties involved in the projects at both commercial and technical levelsMaintain project documentationOrganize meetings and take minutesProblem solvingAbout You:Experience in project planning, administration, resource, and vendor managementExcellent communication skills – ability to deal professionally and effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including C-levelSelf-starter, self-disciplined, and very well organizedBig picture understanding with attention to detail in deliveryPreferred IT-related industry experience in infrastructure, telecommunications, audio visual, application integration, cloud technologies, construction/capital works, aged care, etc.Qualification in PMBOK, Prince2, or similar would be an advantageCurrent driver's license and ability to travel to client sitesTertiary qualification in IT discipline (Uni/TAFE/College) is an advantageWillingness to travel interstateIf this sounds like you, come and join an organization that is genuinely unique, fostering true IT partnerships founded on understanding our client's needs.
