Compare the Market is seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to join our Delivery & Enablement team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in shaping the future of our organisation by delivering projects that support our ambitious growth plans. You'll oversee individual or multiple initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle, driving excellence in delivery and fostering transparent, trusted communication.As a Project Manager at Compare the Market, you'll also contribute to evolving our delivery approach to enhance operating rhythms, customer experience, and project governance. This is a unique opportunity to combine your project management expertise with an impactful role in a dynamic, growth-focused team.What You'll Do:Plan, manage, report, and deliver a diverse range of engaging projects across the organisation.Apply a flexible, pragmatic approach to project controls, ensuring efficient achievement of project outcomes.Use project management tools and techniques to uphold high standards of coordination, communication, transparency, and reporting across progress, scope, risk, time, and cost.Ensure compliance with Compare the Market's governance principles.Participate in team ceremonies and protocols, providing feedback to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, commercial, service teams, and, when needed, external partners to coordinate and deliver successful outcomes.Recommend reliable delivery methods and improvements to project governance to continuously enhance our approach.Represent projects in working groups and steering committees, preparing and presenting project status, change requests, and RAID, and managing action items from steering committee directives.Develop and distribute clear, effective project status and governance documentation.Innovate ways to mitigate risks, improve project communications, and manage time and scope effectively.Oversee one or more projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless management and successful delivery.What You'll Bring:Qualifications in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or similar.Extensive experience managing projects, with a focus on technology initiatives.Proven experience across all project phases: initiation, planning, delivery, and governance, managing projects of varying sizes or running them in parallel.A track record of working with multidisciplinary teams, driving performance, and fostering continuous improvement through iterations.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a fast-learning mindset.An ability to understand and work within complex business principles and concepts.Agility in responding to change and managing multiple, competing priorities effectively.Proficiency in prioritising, scheduling, and delivering work within tight deadlines and in a collaborative team environment.Capability to clearly present plans, options, and updates to stakeholders, enhancing transparency.Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and directing project teams.Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring diverse groups together for effective collaboration.At Compare the Market, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your talents will be recognised and rewarded.
