This could be the exciting opportunity that you have been waiting for… Interviews commencing immediately.About YouExperience in a similar role or proven experience in project management is essential to hit the ground running.Desire to be an integral part of our collaborative team.Experienced in running projects in the joinery sector.Experience working on custom joinery projects is extremely desirable.Experience in handling project timelines and budgets.Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritising skills. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects at any one time.Experience managing contract values ranging from $500K-$5M.Looking for a full-time, long-term role with a career path to progression within an established business.The ability to bring a positive and motivating attitude to the workplace.Experienced in implementing systems and processes that ensure work is delivered to the required quality standard.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Full working rights in Australia.Duties:Manage a variety of bespoke complex commercial/residential joinery projects in your day-to-day role.Provide effective guidance daily to all direct reports.Work with sub-contractors and site staff to ensure the smooth running of each project.Maintain a consistent, strong customer focus.Lead a skilled project workforce, with a focus on continuous development and improvement of our safety culture.Management of the project function, ensuring performance levels are consistently maintained.Ensure company policies and procedures are continuously adhered to.Oversee project planning, covering all stages from inception to completion including implementation and driving of project timelines within agreed productivity benchmarks.Track project progress and promptly communicate with internal staff and stakeholders, maintaining effective relationship management.Maintain timely project schedules and communicate issues or delays as soon as they arise.
