They have been making serious inroads in the commercial office and hospitality refurb sector recently building a strong client base and company culture.The company has a strong pipeline and has created excellent relationships with some of the country's largest commercial real estate owners which is leading to multiple repeat projects. They are also known for looking after their employees with regular team days and company benefits aimed towards employee growth.As a result of recent growth, they are looking for a Senior / Project Manager or Senior Contract Administrator stepping up to deliver multiple projects across the commercial fit-out space.The Role:Take overall responsibility to deliver a successful project/s, including pre-design, design, construction and completion stages of the project.Acting as the primary point of contact for all communication and stakeholder management.Taking a lead role in establishing, maintaining and ensuring compliance with Health Safety and Environmental systems.Assembling and leading the project team to achieve the best possible performance from all members.
