Project Manager

Our client - a reputable national building contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to come onboard on a permanent basis. This role will see the successful incumbent be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. The role includes overseeing project operations and managing personnel to ensure all activities align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain essential project documents and plans, ensuring compliance with business and legal standards.Coordinate with the Construction Manager to secure and manage project resources.Work closely with the Site and Design Managers to keep project progress aligned with plans.Ensure all project processes meet compliance, contractual, and administrative guidelines.Review and approve key project documents within authority limits to support budget and schedule goals.Negotiate and finalize project accounts, release securities, and complete client deliverables before practical completion and throughout the defect liability period.About You:Degree in Construction Management or a related field.Proven local experience managing commercial construction projects valued between $40M–$200M.Local construction experience in Health, Commercial, Education, High Rise projects.Commercially minded.Strong commercial construction background, with established connections to local trade partners and consultants.This role offers a great opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to lead complex projects within a supportive and professional team.If you would like to learn more - connect with Sancha on 0493 252 345.
