Intro Recruitment are looking for Brisbane based Project Manager with TMR/Local Council experience - $170,000 - $220,000 + Super + Vehicle
You will be working for one of South East Queensland's most exciting Civil Contractors, with a healthy pipeline of upcoming projects which are across regional QLD and NSW. With offices located in the Fortitude Valley & on the Gold Coast, you will be working with a respectful, supportive and inclusive team with established career pathways to grow your role in other areas of the business.
Your Position Your duties will include:
Responsible and accountable for the effective programming and construction methodologies of all site works.Responsible for project compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards.Responsible and accountable for the coordination of employees, subcontractors, procurement, plant and equipment required.Ability to provide technical advice and implement project plans.Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance.Delivery of progress reports with Operational Management.Your Qualifications & Experience You will need the following:
Relevant Tertiary qualifications: Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Construction Management.Previous Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer level experience.DTMR or RMS experience essential.Previous experience delivering road and infrastructure projects here in Australia.Career In return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with a permanent position that offers an excellent remuneration package inclusive of work vehicle/allowance, phone/laptop.
