About Our ClientOur client is a mid-tier head contractor who delivers commercial new build and complex refurbishment projects up to $20m in value. With a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team.The business prides itself on delivering a high-quality end product on technically demanding projects and as such they are looking for a Project Manager with a desire to be challenged and tested. With open and transparent communication from the company Directors, as well as the mentorship and development that they provide to their teams, they have developed a reputation as one of Brisbane's leading commercial builders.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities will include:Leading project delivery teams made up of 2-4 personnel (CAs, SMs, etc.)Financial responsibility for projectsMonthly cost reporting to the board of directorsMentoring more junior team membersThe Successful ApplicantSelection criteria will include:Proven track record delivering projects up to $20m in valuePrior experience delivering complex refurbishment projects desirableCommercial acumen and strong financial management skillsWhat's on OfferOn offer:A flat management structure with direct lines of communication with company directorsOngoing, long-term position on the south side of BrisbaneHigh level of autonomy providedOn-site parkingCompetitive starting salary, expected to be in the range of $180-200k
