Job Description
The company
A D&C commercial/Industrial builder who have been operating in QLD for over 40 years have a great reputation in the industry. They are currently turning over around $150M with over 40 staff in the business and have a full order book already for the remainder of the year and into 2025.
The role – Project Manager
Due to an increase in workload, this well-organised builder is looking to add another Project Manager to the team.
We are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience delivering Industrial projects, but all sectors will be considered. Their projects range from $10M to $50M, so experience on projects of this size is preferred.
What You Need
A recognized construction qualification
Experience with a similar size builder
Commercial /Industrial background is preferred
Experience delivering projects of $10M plus
Stability with previous employers
A team player
