Job Description
Project Planning: develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget estimation for a large ERP system implementation.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project expectations, progress, and status to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
Team Leadership: Build and lead cross-functional project teams, including functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, and testers, to ensure successful project execution.
Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report financial status to project stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships, understand their business needs, and align project deliverables accordingly.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree or qualification in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Prince 2, Scrum/ Agile) or equivalent experience. Project Management certification is a huge plus.
Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (advantageous)/or another large ERP implementation projects.
Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt and be versatile to changes in the project.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of CRM and ERP principles and best practices.
