Cushman and Wakefield are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse teams, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within our organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
Responsibilities: Prepare agendas, develop, and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met. Keep building management apprised of progress at all times
Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients, property/facility management team, and project team (as applicable) at conceptual, schematic, design development and construction phases of project
Assist in the selection, contracting process and oversight of consultants and construction teams as necessary for each project
Review requisitions, change orders and other invoices associated with the project and confer with client and property management on costs and impacts
To provide excellence in project management services and manage the delivery of projects.
To support the continued development of the PDS QLD through business development.
Prepare and present client presentations.
About you Degree level qualification in building surveying, project management or equivalent construction related degree; trade qualifications with experience in management will be considered
Minimum of 3 years project management experience required
Achieved or working towards industry recognised professional qualification, such as RICS, COIB, AIPM, PMP or similar;
Experience in delivering large commercial office fitouts from design initiation to hadnover is preferred
Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
A sound understanding of the construction and fit out /refurbishment sectors; and
Australian citizen
