Job DescriptionThe CompanyOur client is a well-respected privately owned tier two builder who is turning over more than $600M and currently employs over 300 full time staff nationally. They operate across most commercial sectors and hold pre-qualifications for federal and state government projects valued up to $100M.Their QLD operation has been operating for 15 years and they have an excellent name across the Queensland building market. In QLD they are known for delivering projects in the education, health and agecare sectors from a value of $5M to $50M. Their Brisbane office operate with around 70 staff.The Position – Project Manager With several successful tenders coming through the door we are looking for a Project Manager who is capable of delivering projects of a value of $30M to $40M mark. This could be an education project, a health project or a social housing apartment project which are all government funded projects.Culture / BenefitsSenior Management collectively have been working in the QLD market for over 50 years and have an excellent reputation amongst peers.
