Across Brisbane they cover projects within Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Retail, Hospitality, High Rise Residential, Aged Care and Government sectors. These range up to $70m.A new PM is required due to organic growth as the Brisbane construction market gets busier!ResponsibilitiesLiaise with clients on project feasibility and project delivery methodologies. Develop a detailed brief in conjunction with the client at project inception stage.Tender, procure and manage suitable consultants to undertake any necessary works, including project documentation, drawings, and specifications.Organise design coordination and project control meetings to ensure accurate and timely progress of project activities.Oversee the construction team during construction stage to ensure progress meets the design intent, project plan, and client expectations.Keep project stakeholders well informed of all significant developments, changes, achievements and milestones throughout the project.Provide support, advice and assistance to the construction team on issues relating to the design and construction interface.Experience in design and project management across a large cross-section of construction projects.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively in a supportive team environment.In-depth experience in developing and administering design services scopes of work and consultant contracts.Thorough understanding of QHSE legislative requirements.Experience using Microsoft Project and a thorough understanding of programming is desirable.Experience in producing accurate monthly reports.Experience in working in commercial construction, ideally projects with a value of $15M - $40M+.Strong social culture, with regular events and many long-serving staff members.
