Job DescriptionThe companyEstablished 8 years ago this highly respected D&C Builder who also deliver their own developments have created a fantastic name in South East QLD and due to recent project wins find themselves in a period of growth. Their project portfolio varies from residential high rise unit developments to luxury homes to agecare to education.The role – Project Manager – Gold CoastTheir projects are in various locations between Brisbane and the Gold Coast but their office is located in heart of the Gold Coast. They are looking for a Project Manager to deliver a $55M residential apartment project located on the Gold Coast that starts construction in the next 4 weeks. They are looking for an experienced PM who has previous experience delivering residential apartment projects or mixed use projects of $25M or larger.
