YOUR Role This builder is looking for an experienced and professional Project Manager to oversee a variety of Projects including Commercial, Government, Education, Multi-Residential Apartments, and Health Projects. They have a great reputation and are looking for the right person to further mentor their team.
YOUR Experience you'll be a self-starter with demonstrated experience working within the Construction Industry. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and collaborative nature will help you develop authentic relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ability to multi-task between various projects while providing strong, consistent direction to project team colleagues and staff is key.Proven building knowledge and a thorough understanding of the preconstruction and construction process.A solid working history with previous project delivery experience in a similar role (5 years +) managing commercial building projects.Controlling and managing all aspects of the project including all financials with the support of a Contracts AdministratorProject progress reporting and conducting meetings with the clientLiaise closely with the client ensuring the project runs to programExtensive project delivery in a management capacityA strong focus on ensuring safety on site is essentialAbility to represent the company through client liaisonMust have a completed Construction Management degree (or equivalent experience)YOUR Opportunity interviewing now for a permanent role with a privately owned company.
