In this hands-on leadership position, with the support of a site supervisor, your responsibilities will encompass but not be limited to:
Overseeing all facets of construction on-site, ensuring compliance and upholding quality standards.Efficiently scheduling and supervising contractors, subcontractors, labour, and equipment resources.Coordinating daily duties of site labourers and operators.Engaging with local authorities, utility providers, and design consultants.Sourcing capable local trade contractors to contribute to our projects.Handling project and contract administration tasks.Providing expertise on construction efficiencies and offering solutions to challenges.Ensuring strict adherence to Workplace Health & Safety standards.Working within set project budgets and agreed-upon timelines.About You: To thrive in this role, you will bring:
