Project Manager

Core Talent are currently recruiting for a highly reputable QLD builder who deliver multi res developments, due to the amount of projects they have recently been awarded they are looking for a Project Manager to join their already thriving team. This builder has a strong pipeline of local Brisbane projects, they also have a strong presence in Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
Role: Project delivery strategy Stakeholder management Management of full site team including SM, CA, HSEQ and engineerProgramming of project Financial project reportsManagement of sub-contractors Reporting into Construction Manager Experience: MUST have recent multi res experience, project over 10 storeys Strong background and tenures with reputable builders in a similar sector Strong understanding of building code, construction law and HSEQ standardsCompleted projects from inception to completion In return: You will receive an above market salary package, strong work culture, support from Construction Manager, company who has strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors, experienced Site Team, strong local project pipeline and regular salary reviews.
