We are seeking a Project Manager to help drive the execution of major capital projects across our manufacturing sites in NSW and QLD.
Reporting to the General Manager Innovation, the Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end project management of business improvement projects that drive and improve business performance and enhance service delivery outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Be actively involved in day-to-day facilitation of information between the project team, business, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure smooth on-time delivery of projects.Assist with the CAPEX Development Program including cost benefit analysis, project management, and progress reporting.Ensure completion of projects on time and in accordance with set budgets.Coordinate the operations and facilitate the completion of project activities by planning and scheduling resources and tasks, delivering internal and external communications, implementing team recommendations, analysing data, and project budget management.Preparation of submissions and reports.Develop design drawings for relevant projects.Deliver, monitor, and report on project activities including the maintenance of project documentation, spreadsheets, and databases.Managing external contractors and ensuring compliance.Ideally the successful candidate will have: You will be an Australian Citizen or hold current unconditional rights to work in Australia, and will demonstrate:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position, ideally within a manufacturing environment, including financial accountability.Commitment to safety leadership.Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.Current Driver's License.Qualifications in Agribusiness/Engineering/Business/Project Management or equivalent experience desirable.Preparedness to work from a range of locations including the office, on-site, and remotely.About us: AAM Investment Group is an Australian owned and operated business and manages a range of agricultural assets across Australia.
