Job Description What We Need: As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch project execution for our clients. You will oversee and execute projects and surveys, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget throughout their lifecycle. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, acting as their main point of contact. You will collaborate daily with both internal and external teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Lead and Coordinate Projects: Take charge of projects from start to finish, setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely progress. Customer Relationship Management: Develop deep, meaningful relationships with Forsta's Surveys customers. Communication and Updates: Keep management informed with regular updates on project and account statuses. Business Growth: Identify opportunities to grow the business with existing customers. Comprehensive Project Management: Handle all aspects of customer projects, including proposal writing, execution, and invoicing. Team and Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support project needs. Daily Interactions: Engage with customers, vendors, and internal departments via phone and email to ensure smooth operations. Key Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, providing timely solutions and driving daily business activities. Client Immersion: Deeply understand clients' businesses, including their challenges, objectives, and industry landscape. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of Market Research or Customer Experience (CX) project management. 4+ years of general project management experience. Experience in Panel Field Management or Advertising is a plus. Previous experience with Forsta Surveys (Decipher) platform is a plus. Account/Project Management experience is a plus. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce, Teamwork, Jira, and Slack is a plus. Professional Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated success in outstanding customer service. Ability to develop and maintain long-term business partnerships with clients. Strong multi-tasking and responsibility management skills.
