Job Description
What you'll bring
Project planning, scheduling, resourcing, and purchasing.
Financial tracking, cost control, and reporting on all project works, including forecasting.
Interpretation and interrogation of scopes of works, drawings.
Ensuring compliance with our Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management system.
Ensure work is furnished with adequate information, documentation, equipment, materials, safety equipment and/or procedure to complete the work safely, successfully, and most efficiently.
Estimating, preparation and submission of competitive and high-quality tenders. Ensure that commercial risks are mitigated/minimized in tendering and day-to-day operations.
Manage and grow customer relationships.
Procurement of materials and management of supplier relationships.
Work to guidelines and internal processes of our Management Systems.
Manage, coordinate and grow a team of technicians and apprentices.
Liaising and coordinating with the project managers team, supervisors, site staff and customer to deliver projects to a high standard of quality.
What you will need to have as a minimum:
Have a background in the cabling, data centre or electrical industries.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead teams and to consistently deliver high-quality projects.
Demonstrate a commitment to health, safety and quality assurance.
High level of computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Current ACMA Licence with endorsements of Structured and Fibre Optics.
Desirable to have an Electrical licence.
Knowledge with a project management software.
Amenable to acquire NV1 and police clearance.
Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills– verbal and written.
