Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of civil projects across Tasmania. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to manage a variety of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Proven experience in project management
Planning, organisation, and administration of projects, including coordinating staff, subcontractors, & materials
Leading Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards
Managing client and stakeholder relationships
Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
Overseeing tender processes, procurement, and logistics
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and MS Project
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management
A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
The ability to prioritise and make timely decisions
Experience thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
