Role:
The Project Manager's responsibilities extend to participating in governance-related activities and contributing to the formulation of comprehensive Statements of Work, responding effectively to client-related project inquiries and demands.
The responsibilities will include:
Engage, scope, and develop Statements of Works with both clients and Technical and Business areas to address new project or technical enhancement needs;
Strategically manage and execute projects aligned with priorities;
Conduct detailed planning for projects from initiation to go-live, identifying critical dates within the plan;
Monitor, manage, and report on the status of all ongoing projects;
Determine the resources needed for each project, identifying and filling any resource gaps.
Skills required:
Demonstrated knowledge in project management methodology and experience in managing and delivering digital projects.
Demonstrated knowledge in integrated scheduling.
Demonstrated experience in engaging and collaborating with a broad and diverse range of government and industry stakeholders to create trust and confidence with our business partners to deliver projects.
Ability to build and embed project management capability and project governance to deliver quality outcomes.
Ability to write project management and governance documentation against pressed timeframes.
Be self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a high-paced, responsive environment.
