Enterprises Pty Ltd is a civil engineering and construction company who have built an enviable reputation for reliability and service throughout Australia over the past thirty-seven years.The roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team and aid in the further expansion of our business and team.
The position is based in our head office in Yarrawonga NT, however will require regular site visits around the Northern Territory to our remote projects.Reporting to the Construction Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:Assist in tender production and submissionFormatting, collating, and proof-reading tenders prior to submissionManagement of the Tender libraryProduction of project files and staff CV's for the Tender purposesInitial Tender PricingStart-up of ProjectInterpret plans and estimate costs and quantities of materials neededStudy contract documents and negotiate with sub-contractorsDevelop Project Work CodesOrganise any permits requiredProvide information to Accounts for Insurances etc.Order materials that are required, specifically those requiring more lead time.Set up a project-specific Quality Plan including Inspection and Test Plan, Construction Procedure, Environmental Management Plan, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Safety Management Plan, and Traffic Management PlanExecution and Management of ProjectsPrepares Monthly Progress Claims for invoicing by AccountsOrganisation and maintenance of project documentation, including but not limited to Quality, WHS, Environmental, material testingDay-to-Day communication with clientsCompile variations to contractMonitor applicable extension of times and initiate request with the clientMeet with DAC Management on a regular basis to assess any site issues, identify foreseeable project issues, update Works Program, etc.Management of Construction Programs, timelines, and deadlines in collaboration with Project Supervisors.Liaison with Project Supervisors to ensure projects are facilitated and have the required resources.Frequent Site Visits to ensure that all Quality Documentation, Hold and Witness Points are adhered to and that the overall quality of works is up to standards.Qualifications (desirable):Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Project/Construction ManagementMinimum of three (3) years' experience in Civil Construction and experience supporting Project/Construction Managers in the delivery of development projects.CERT IV Project ManagementKey Selection Criteria:Analytical thinking skillsWorkload Management and Time ManagementDigital Records ManagementAbility to structure, engage, and present information clearly to various audiences.How to applyIf you have the experience and passion we are looking for, we want to hear from you!Please click the "APPLY" button now and send through your resume and cover letter, detailing your previous experience and why you are the perfect candidate!Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a project manager?How many years of project management experience do you have?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of OH&S/WHS?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?#J-18808-Ljbffr
