Company Summary: My client with a well-known builder with an excellent reputation in the Queensland and Australia spanning over 60 years of proven success delivering projects up to $70m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client is already off to an incredible start to 2024, turning down work as they are too busy! They have a very strong pipeline of work from trusted repeat clients. They are now hiring an experienced Project Manager due to growth and project wins.
They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.
Specialising in a diverse range of projects including, industrial, retail, health, community, and much more. A diverse range of project experience is advantageous.
Ideal traits the successful candidate will have: 10+ years of experience in the role Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others. Excellent ability to build rapport with others. Strong past tenure with employers. Team player who loves a challenge! Your Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.) Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors Ideally 10 years industry experience running your own projects between $20m - $80m+ Your Rewards: Attractive salary package - $250K - $270K package dependant on experience.
