12-month contract on offer, experience working within SIAM model preferred. Your new company Hays are working with a reputable Federal Government client, who are looking to enhance their Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) capabilities and implement a new Service Management Platform using ServiceNow in conjunction with Implementing a new SIAM model and are seeking a project manager to lead these pieces of work. Your new role As the Project Manager, deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following: Plan and manage the overall program of work to deliver required outcomes; Develop and deliver the appropriate artefacts to support the project Build, Manage and maintain key stakeholder relationships with stakeholders at all levels; Identify and manage changes to the program whilst working in an agile and responsive environment; Develop and run a Secretariat, and maintain a governance structure for the project; Managing and maintaining an acceptable risk profile Reporting effectively and regularly to stakeholders across projects; and Reporting in the required tools. Experience with the following will be highly regarded Experience in implementing and/or working within a SIAM model Experience in implementing and/or working with Service Now Project/Program certifications Experience managing service Management and/or technical projects Understanding of Service Management and /or service Management tools What you'll get in return Initial 12-month contract, with 12-month extension The opportunity to work in a dynamic & truly impactful environment Opportunities for professional growth and development.
