Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering a range of exciting projects to support the achievement of Hume Bank's Strategic and Business Plan.
This is a full-time permanent position based at our Head Office in Albury, NSW.
What you can expect Working cross-functionally with a variety of leaders and projects sponsors, across the end-to-end project lifecycle you will:
Develop, document and deliver projects professionally, to the highest quality, on time and on budgetLead project teams to implement approved business cases, including management of all aspects of the project life cycleLead and support continuous improvement of change management processes and the effective implementation of change initiativesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to scope and develop business casesSupport internal stakeholders to build capability and apply Hume Bank's Change Management Methodology to projects About you To be successful in the role, you will have:
Previous demonstrated experience working across multi-faceted projects, in a Business Analyst, Portfolio Management or Change Management role.Exceptional stakeholder management capability and experience providing coaching, mentoring and training to others.Demonstrated success in effectively delivering concurrent business-wide projects including business case writing and reporting using defined templates.Outstanding time-management, organisational skills, and independent and effective research skills.Experience with business analysis and solutions design, including process improvement.A Diploma in Business, Project Management or related discipline is desirable, as is certification in PMBOK, Prince2 or Agile.Experience working on Origination, Payments, product, digital banking or broker onboarding transformation projects is advantageous.
