Proactively identifying risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies, and providing regular updates to the Project Management Office (PMO) will be key to your success.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeliver Technology Projects: Drive end-to-end implementation of systems, including ATS solutions, aligning with business requirements and goals.Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with internal policies and delivery of high-quality outcomes.Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to address them proactively.Stakeholder Engagement: Foster trust and influence stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions during change initiatives.Project Timelines: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring efficient scheduling and on-time delivery across technical teams.The successful candidate for this role will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in delivering complex technology projects.
They will bring a structured, disciplined approach to project management, paired with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.In order to be successful in this role, you will possess the followingMinimum of 5 years' experience managing projects in medium to large organisations.Experience delivering technology-focused projects using Agile, PRINCE2, or similar.Exceptional commercial acumen, particularly in managing vendor contracts.Ability to build collaborative relationships and navigate complex organisational structures.Degree in Project Management or equivalent with five years relevant experience.The role is a Permanent Full-Time role based in Adelaide CBD.
