We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to take the front role within a number of new contract awards.
As a Project Manager entrenched in defence-related delivery, this role will see you lead mechanical manufacturing and production facilities within the Adelaide facility.
We'll need you to have a strong delivery and execution mentality that can see you managing and delivering client satisfaction across simultaneous projects.
Joining a fantastic team, you'll report directly to the Managing Director as you take the lead in supporting your delivery team, achieving production and delivery KPI's, and coordinating resources and quality objectives.
To be successful you'll need:
A background in manufacturing delivery related to Defence, Automotive, or Mechanical fabrication.Be a leader in delivery, safety, and quality principles.Have a successful background within defence-related delivery in manufacturing and/or project delivery.Be a key communicator with a positive and upward-focused reporting style, building strong and connected relationships internally and externally.Excellent planning, workforce management, and risk review methodologies to aid timed delivery across labour, supplier, and product completion. Critical requirements:
You'll need to hold current Australian citizenship and have/be able to obtain security clearance related to the defence & government sectors.Hold Tertiary or Trade qualification in a relevant field - Project Management, MBA, Engineering, and/or Manufacturing.Be a positive safety leader, with a strong focus on safe and connected manufacturing processes. Once successful, this role will see you grow and develop with a National specialist who drives from the heart of their organisation and practical methodology and a rewarding career journey.
