About the role With projects and clients growing, we are looking for a customer and delivery focused Project Manager who is proactive in delivering on our client's expectations.
You will work closely with all internal and external stakeholders and work to maintain the dynamic team culture at Verbrec.
You will be exposed to clients across water, oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing, petrochemical, renewables and other local industry projects.
As a Project Manager you will develop and manage key projects, programs of works and clients with the aim of aligning projects to our business strategies and contributing to the development of our brand.
You will be also responsible for:
Successfully deliver large, complex and high risk projectsManage the full lifecycle of electrical and automation projects from estimation to commissioningDeveloping and managing client relationships (Key Account Management)Driving commercial and safety success at all stages of projectsBid management, reviewing tenders, estimating and proposalsManaging teams and communications internally and externallyDeveloping and maintaining the project, governance and commercial acumen of our teamsLeading or participating in key projects, ensuring learnings are sharedAbout you You will be focused on developing a successful career alongside a passionate team with a good work and life balance.
Your experiences will display:
5+ years Project Management experience in the electrical and automation industryStrong technical skills in engineering, preferably Instrumentation & Electrical and Control SystemsConsultancy, construction or commercial project experience with strong delivery and commercial resultsExperience in Water, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Manufacturing or similarProven experience in bid management, tender reviews and estimatingDrive to meet targets and motivate a teamStrong sense of ownership and accountability of workMust have the right to work in AustraliaIf you are searching for an opportunity to build and lead projects in an exciting and growing business, apply today.
