Astel Homes now has an opportunity for a new Project Manager to join their team. This role will be essential in the planning and execution of construction projects, responsible for providing precise cost estimates, managing project budgets, and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

The Project Manager will prepare detailed project budgets and reports. Collaboration with other teams will also be a key aspect of the role to ensure the seamless execution of projects and contracts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications, with experience in estimating and quantity surveying is essential. A solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes is essential, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills.
