They have a rare job opportunity available for a talented Scheduling Officer, to join their friendly team, in a 12 months fixed term contract.

The Opportunity: You will support their support workers to deliver the best quality services possible, by providing efficient rostering and phone support to their Team, Clients and their families.
This is a 4 day a week position working hours of 8am – 4pm, with an on-call component every alternate weekend.
There is an opportunity for hybrid, split of office and work-from-home arrangements.
About You: A compassionate person, you possess excellent communication skills, empathy for and an understanding of the needs of others.Always reliable, you have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of clients and their families.With exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude, you are able to manage a high-volume workflow, whilst maintaining a calm and professional communication style.Ability to prioritise workload, work independently and support the team.Previous experience in scheduling/rostering people and/or services in a fast-paced environment would be an advantage.Experience working within the health, disability or community services sectors and a sound knowledge of the NDIS.On-call/weekend/public holiday work on occasion.Experience with scheduling software desirable.Knowledge and understanding of the SCHADS award.Current valid National Police Check, WWCC and NDIS Clearance, desirable.If you have relevant local experience, full working rights in Australia and want to join an organisation that is professional and provides an opportunity to grow, then apply today to be considered.
