Based in Stonyfell SA 5066, we are seeking a passionate and driven Project Manager to join our team and deliver outstanding results.Your primary focus will be to provide effective and efficient project management of asphalt / bitumen surfacing projects whilst also taking accountability for successfully communicating and implementing sound strategies and plans.Your day will involve:Drive the safety, quality, delivery, and financial performance of projects, ensuring every aspect is executed with excellence.Optimise financial outcomes by seamlessly coordinating, programming, and managing all contractual operations and obligations.Lead and engage with diverse teams across internal departments to exceed client expectations and achieve outstanding results.Uphold Boral's commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and quality by adhering to our OHSEQ policies.Deliver diverse projects in unique local, rural and remote locations, embracing the challenges and rewards of the role.Ensure accurate costing, raw material management, and invoicing to keep projects running efficiently and profitably.Evaluate performance, coach for growth, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving complex challenges, and want to make a real difference, we want to hear from you!
