We are looking for experienced Project Managers to join our team and drive the delivery of services to our clients in Adelaide.
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in successfully delivering client projects while embodying our core values of selflessness, creativity, and courage. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and internal management to ensure project objectives are met, deadlines are achieved, and client satisfaction is consistently exceeded. Responsibilities will vary but may include:
Managing end-to-end project delivery, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation.Coordinate and lead project teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and support to ensure team members are aligned and motivated to achieve project goals.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively implementing contingency plans to minimize impact on project outcomes.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships, understanding their needs, and effectively managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or questions.Foster a collaborative and inclusive project environment, encouraging creativity, innovation, and knowledge sharing among team members.Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, leveraging your expertise and insights to identify opportunities for streamlining project management methodologies and tools.You don't need to be able to do 100% of these things right now to apply – because at Escient, we recruit outstanding talent and thought leaders and invest in your future through on-the-job experience, knowledge sharing, and formal learning to help you perform at your peak.
