Your role will involve managing the project team, ensuring adherence to project schedules, contracts, budgets, and quality standards, as well as maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities. This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional leadership, project management, and technical expertise. You will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of projects, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and profitability.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout phases;Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards;Provide strategic guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring effective coordination, collaboration, and communication among all stakeholders;Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery;Conduct regular meetings and site visits to assess construction activities, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols;Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies, project specifications and contractual obligations;Monitor and control project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and addressing any financial issues;Regularly review and report the project status, including budget updates, cash flow forecasting, schedule deviations, and quality control;Manage and negotiate contracts, change orders, and claims, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;Foster positive relationships with clients, consultants, and other external stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for future collaborations;Mentor and provide guidance to junior project management staff, promoting professional growth and development within the organization;Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in construction project management, and implement relevant advancements into project delivery processes.Required:Degree in Construction and/or Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
