This particular company has a proven track record in successful project delivery and the ability to meet a range of needs to achieve its corporate objectives. Projects in the following sectors: Defence, Retail and Education. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial construction projects, ensuring successful project delivery Demonstrate a strong track record of project completions Foster a positive work culture within project teams Oversee project completion processes for at least four projects Require a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience Openness to high-profile residential projects Balance on-site and office-based tasks, with flexibility in time allocation Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field in Australia Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, team development, and report preparation Effective leadership and problem-solving abilities, particularly in completing transport infrastructure projects Demonstrated success in completing multiple construction projects, ensuring client satisfaction, quality, and budget adherence Lead project teams to foster effective communication and collaboration towards common goals Experience with Jobpac or similar software required Benefits: On offer is an environment that promotes a great work culture, with a strong senior management team who are big on mentoring and fostering the right culture for success.
