Essential Criteria: Knowledge of and experience in project management techniques including PMBOK/Prince2 and Agile Experience and skills in Microsoft 365 design and development Experience and skills in leading SharePoint Site design and development Experience and skills regarding Document Management solutions design and delivery Experience and skills in leading network and infrastructure initiative deployment Demonstrated experience in successful implementation of technical and business change projects including projects encompassing technology, and business process change Strong proven stakeholder engagement capability across a wide range of stakeholder groups including IT operations, business operations and corporate areas Sound communication skills Experience in facilitation and management procurement processes - in particular successful technology vendor selection and management An aptitude for analysis and development of solutions and initiatives that optimise outcomes for an organisation and its stakeholders Demonstrated ability to undertake end to end project management Demonstrated ability to produce professionally written reports and documentation Ability to work in a consultative manner, establish and sustain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Highly developed organisational skills and ability to manage a range of tasks over a number of activities to meet deadlines in a high demand work environment Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team Actively support and effect change with a focus on business improvement Consumer focused business approach with the ability to understand and interpret stakeholder needs Benefits: Resthaven offers a supportive and richly diverse and inclusive community where everyone's uniqueness is valued.
