Aquatiq Australia are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the installation of hygiene systems within the food processing industry. This dynamic role will focus on project management for system installations while also identifying and cultivating new business opportunities across the ANZ region. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a solid understanding of hygiene standards and a keen ability to develop client relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Oversee the execution of installation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure successful project implementation.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining effective communication and relationship management.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food processing sector, focusing on hygiene systems installations and related services.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our innovative systems.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client requirements, adapting strategies accordingly.What we're looking for: Degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in using project management software and tools.Proven experience in business development, with a track record of identifying and securing new opportunities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of hygiene standards and regulations in the food processing sector.What we offer: At Aquatiq, we provide an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic environment where your skills can grow and thrive.
